EU4YA by tiguar is the largest educational convention for personal, medical and fitness trainers in central Europe.

EU4YA by tiguar is our pride and passion, so we are happy that in 2023. will be the 16th edition of this unique event.
EU4YA by tiguar is a great celebration of fitness sector in Poland and an opportunity to attend trainings, workshops and lectures conducted by top trainers and presenters. The EU4YA convention is organized by expertfitness.com company in cooperation with major schools and companies in the fitness market.
Together with our Partners, we make sure that each year we present an educational offer corresponding to the trends and needs of the market. To this end, we invite trainers from all over the world to the EU4YA by tiguar stages and constantly expand the offer of classes available as part of the convention.
During lectures and workshops, we devote a lot of attention to issues related to personal and medical training. In this way, within two days, participants of Euforia get the opportunity to acquire knowledge that would require participation in numerous trainings.
Participants of EU4YA by tiguar have the opportunity to take advantage of over 90 different trainings, lectures and workshops taking place in 7 training zones! Importantly, everyone can freely move between all zones, independently deciding which activities they will participate in.
The program includes proposals for personal, medical and fitness trainers as well as lectures for owners and employees of clubs/studios. The classes will be conducted by the best trainers from Poland and the world, representing renowned training institutions and companies with many years of experience.
